The hotel had comfortable and spacious rooms that recently received a thorough cleaning, although some elements seemed detached from the wall. The service was a weak point as they handled cash and wiped surfaces with bare hands, and were slow in the morning. The location was beautiful with plenty of options and comfy places to sit, although an outdoor jacuzzi was missing. The dining experience could have been better with more options in their happy hour and post-wedding brunch.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The rooms were nice, but I noticed some elements were detached from the wall, which made me wonder if it was due to the recent earthquake. My room was located on the 2nd floor, quite a distance from the elevator, but the staff was quick to help me move to a different room when I requested.

The service was second to none. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers and restaurant waiters, were very accommodating. I even received a personal apology from one of the staff members named Blossom Price, showcasing great customer service.

The location of the hotel was most convenient for my trip, especially to visit wineries both in Napa and Sonoma. It was also perfect for my planned activities like Balloons above the valley, where I met my group in the lobby for drink and wine tasting.

The dining experience was adequate but nothing special. I didn't eat at the hotel much, except for a meal in the main bar area by order. The food options were limited, and I've had better continental breakfasts at other hotels.

The facilities, including the recent makeover of the swimming pool and courtyard area, were impressive. The hotel also had friendly bellhops like Shedrick, who provided attentiveness and even gave me a free bottled water.
